looked at a Toyota but was told Rabar could help me look at other car brands as well. From the get go, Rabar was extremely helpful. He had another client with an appointment that morning but refused to let us walk away as he wanted us to feel like we were being helped and not passed around from person to person.
I told him my price range and that I wanted to lease and he pointed me in the direction of some 2016 corollas. I was able to test drive not only this car, but several others, including the Honda Civic, Kia Rio, and Hundai Elantra. All were brought by Rabar up to Toyota where we simply got in the car, checked it out, drove it, and hopped into the next car. Rabar was very relaxed and was happy to let us look at the cars on our own without overseeing everything we did which was nice, compared to some salesman you might get who are constantly trying to point out all the awesome features and get in your face. When I finally decided the Corolla was what I wanted, we sat down and looked at the numbers.
Rabar was more than accommodating when it came to negotiating. He wanted me to have the car that I wanted and still be able to feel comfortable with the payments. I had to come back the next morning to finalize all the paperwork after spending 8 hours the previous day at the dealership. When I did, Rabar was waiting for me and ready to get everything finalized. He even went down to the rental agency with me so I could drop off my rental right then and there. Even the other salesman there were extremely polite, always offering something to drink or ask you if you need anything.
In addition, the insurance workers (Don and Anna) who help with financing insurance were more than helpful with explaining options and not hesitating to answer any questions I had. I plan on moving back to California in a year possibly but when my lease is over, there is no doubt I will make the trip up to this facility to get the best customer service.
